These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 388in ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://388in.cam and all associated services, content and features made available through it.

388in is an English-language online sports betting and casino information platform. The Platform provides informational content related to sports betting, live casino products, odds presentation, responsible gambling resources and related topics, with particular focus on the Pakistani market. The Platform is operated in English and is designed primarily for users located in Pakistan, including cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar.

388in does not hold a Pakistan gambling license. The Platform does not accept player deposits, hold player funds, manage gambling accounts or operate as a licensed gambling operator in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. All actual wagering, casino and sports betting activity is conducted on third-party licensed platforms that operate independently of 388in. These Terms apply solely to your use of the 388in informational platform.

The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them throughout this Agreement:

By accessing or using the Platform in any manner — including browsing, registering an account, or engaging with any content or feature — you confirm that:

1. You have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them.
2. You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Clause 4.
3. You are accessing the Platform for lawful purposes and in compliance with all Applicable Law.
4. You understand that 388in is an informational platform and does not operate as a licensed gambling operator.
5. You acknowledge that online gambling may be restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction and accept full responsibility for ensuring compliance with your local laws.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use constitutes your ongoing acceptance of the current version of these Terms as published at https://388in.cam/terms-conditions.

To register and maintain an account on the 388in Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or by Applicable Law in your location. Users who are below the applicable minimum age are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform. 388in reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any time.
2. Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. Jurisdictional compliance: You must not be located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling information or participating in online gambling is prohibited. 5. One account per person: Each individual may maintain only one registered account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts may be suspended and any associated balances forfeited at 388in's sole discretion.

Upon completing the registration process, you agree to the following:

1. Accurate information: All personal information provided during registration — including full name, date of birth, email address and residential address — must be accurate, complete and current. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account termination.
2. KYC compliance: 388in may require identity verification (Know Your Customer, "KYC") at any point, including prior to processing withdrawals. You agree to provide all requested documentation — which may include a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of address or payment method verification — promptly and in a form acceptable to 388in.

4. Unauthorized access: You must notify 388in immediately via email at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 388in grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose or for any public display or performance.
• Remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights notices on the Platform.

• Use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Platform's servers or networks.

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, odds data, logos, images and software — is the intellectual property of 388in or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of Platform content is a violation of these Terms and may give rise to legal liability.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on or in connection with the 388in Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination and reporting to relevant legal authorities:

• Using the Platform while underage or while subject to an active self-exclusion order.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading personal or financial information.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform in connection with any financial crime.
• Using automated bots, scrapers, crawlers or other unauthorized tools to access or extract Platform data.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of sports corruption.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or Third-Party Operators.
• Conducting or attempting to conduct any form of cyber-attack, hacking or unauthorized access to the Platform's systems.
• Using the Platform to distribute unsolicited communications, spam or malware.
• Impersonating any other person, account holder or 388in staff member.
• Circumventing any geolocation, age-verification or responsible gambling tools implemented on the Platform.

388in cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in Pakistan and internationally. Any credible evidence of criminal activity associated with a user account will be reported to the appropriate authorities without further notice to the user.

Where 388in publishes information about bonuses, promotions, free bets or other incentive offers — whether operated by 388in directly or by a Third-Party Operator — the following provisions apply:

1. Subject to published terms: All bonus offers are subject to the operator's own published terms and conditions, which may include minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible game contributions, maximum bet limits during bonus play, and expiry dates. Users must review the full terms of any offer before accepting it.
2. Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are typically subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game contributions (which vary by game type — for example, slots may contribute 100% while table games contribute less) and time limits are specified in the individual offer terms.

1. The 388in Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement.
2. 388in does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. Users access the Platform at their own risk.
3. 388in shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to financial losses incurred through wagering on Third-Party Operator platforms.
4. 388in accepts no responsibility for the accuracy, completeness or currentness of odds data, bonus information, game RTP figures or other time-sensitive content published on the Platform. This information is subject to change by Third-Party Operators at any time without notice.
5. 388in is not responsible for the actions, terms, policies or conduct of any Third-Party Operator. Any dispute arising between a user and a Third-Party Operator must be resolved directly between those parties.

Nothing in this clause shall operate to exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Applicable Law.

388in reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any user account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Clause 7.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified time period.
• Use of the Platform by a minor or by a self-excluded individual.
• Inactivity on the account for a continuous period exceeding 12 months (with notice where reasonably practicable).

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting 388in at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Upon account termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 388in is registered and operates, to the extent permissible under Applicable Law.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, users agree to attempt to resolve disputes with 388in through good-faith negotiation by contacting the support team at [email protected]. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of initial notification, either party may pursue the matter through the appropriate legal channels in the relevant jurisdiction.

Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that online gambling is subject to specific regulatory frameworks in Pakistan, including without limitation the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice regarding the applicability of Pakistani law to the user's specific circumstances.

388in reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, 388in will provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or a prominently displayed notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page ("Effective Date"). Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as set out in Clause 13.
